The ST-304 Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator features a total of three modes, including two stimulating modes and one heating mode. Each stimulating mode offers 15 output intensity levels, allowing users to customize the intensity of the electrical pulses delivered through the neck electrodes pads on the skin of the back of the neck for temporary pain relief.

The heating function provides a constant temperature between 32℃ and 38℃ to create a warming sensation. Users can choose to use the stimulation and heating functions separately or simultaneously to target sore muscles and provide comfort to the back of the neck.

The neck electrodes pads specifically target the back of the neck, delivering stimulation and heat to soothe and relax the muscles in that area. The main unit features controls for adjusting the intensity levels, switching the main unit and heating function on/off, and selecting the stimulating mode.

Manual push-button controls make it easy for users to adjust the intensity levels of the electrical stimulation and heating function. The four-button control panel includes options for switching the device on/off, selecting the mode, activating the heating function, and adjusting the intensity levels up and down.

Indications for use include temporary relief of pain from sore and aching muscles in the back of the neck, resulting from exercise, household chores, or work activities.
